Hi everyone, this is Leicu, one of the KTs who have worked for [RC-SCANS]. I'm here with good or bad news T-T (please don't hit me~XD).

For those of you who have been haunting [RC-SCANS] for a while, you may have noticed the lack of human presence, as well as a lack of regular releases. This has been due to the beginning of a new school year, our head admin being too busy, and having no co-admins to continue the group.

To prevent the group from slowly disappearing and vanishing into nothingness, [RC-SCANS] will be merging into NOIR.

What a merger means:
What this signifies for [RC-SCANS] is a major cleanup of inactive staff members as well as inactive projects. Staff who are MIA(obviously we've tried to contact them but have received no response), projects that have been getting nowhere with no staff to continue them will be dropped, and [RC-SCANS] site will close down to dedicate the server to the Bishie-Revolution Hosting site (which is currently under construction).
This also signifies more releases! We will become more active (for only active and dedicated members will be joining) with more frequent releases. We will also be able to include more genres into our list of projects, because NOIR is an open group, open to different genres that have been distanced from [RC-SCANS]. However, NOIR will be a mainly shoujo scanlation group.

Any project that has not been listed above can be considered as having been dropped. However, we may have parts of the project ready for use if a group is interested in continuing the series (ie: Translations or cleaned pages..etc).

WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR HELP CONTINUING SOME OF THESE PROJECTS. IF YOU SEE A PROJECT THAT YOU'D LIKE TO SEE CONTINUED BUT IS NOT ON THE LIST, PLEASE HELP US CONTINUE IT BY APPLYING. Please help us continue these projects at NOIR.

Now, for releases! We are releasing projects at NOIR. Please come and visit us to access releases. Projects will no longer be released on [RC-SCANS] website. These few last chapters that are being released will be credited as joint projects between NOIR and [RC-SCANS]. However, credits for projects will soon be changed to NOIR since [RC-SCANS] will be closing.

Hi everyone! Leicu again ^^.

Releases finally! Yay!

Apologies to those of you who have been haunting our site looking for our "weekly releases". We apologize for not having been able to release every week! Everyone has been VERY very busy...(especially our lovely Admin T^T).

For Saver fans out there...*drumroll*~ We are releasing Chapter 19 of Saver and Chapter 5 of Snow Queen (Kyaa~ Wann XDD)!! Woot!

For those of you wondering what these two series are.... YOU ARE MISSING OUT! XDD Read these! I promise you won't regret reading them (especially Saver! There's an absolutely BEAUTIFUL color page that you need to see XD)!!
